Pursuant to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”), NANODENT ÖZEL SAĞLIK HİZMETLERİ İNŞAAT TURİZM SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED NANODENTİ (hereinafter referred to as “NANODENT”) is considered the data controller due to its processing of personal data relating to you. Under Article 10 of the Law, titled “Data Controller’s Obligation to Inform,” data controllers are obliged to inform natural persons whose personal data they process about certain matters.
This notice has been prepared by NANODENT both to ensure compliance with applicable legislation and to maintain transparency and accountability.
Definitions
Pursuant to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698:
Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Processing of Personal Data means any operation performed on personal data, whether wholly or partially by automated means or by nonautomated means provided that the operation forms part of a data recording system, including obtaining, recording, storing, retaining, altering, reorganizing, disclosing, transferring, taking over, making available, classifying, or preventing the use of such data.
Data Subject means the natural person whose personal data is processed.
Data Controller means the natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system.
Obligation to Inform means the obligation of the data controller or the person authorized by the data controller to provide data subjects, at the time personal data is obtained, with information regarding the identity of the data controller, the purposes for which personal data will be processed, the persons to whom and purposes for which processed personal data may be transferred, the method and legal basis for collecting personal data, and the other rights set forth under Article 11 of the Law.

Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data
Data subjects are required to submit their requests concerning their personal data to NANODENT in the first instance.
Pursuant to the Law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- a) To learn whether your personal data has been processed,
- b) To request information if your personal data has been processed,
- c) To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with such purpose,
- ç) To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad,
- d) To request correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
- e) To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data where the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist,
- f) To request that the operations carried out pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) above be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- g) To object to a result arising against you as a result of the analysis of your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- ğ) To request compensation for damages in the event that you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

Your application must include:
- Your first and last name and, if the application is submitted in writing, your signature,
- For Turkish citizens, your Turkish Republic identification number; for foreign nationals, your nationality, passport number, or identification number, if available,
- Your residential or business address for notification purposes,
- Your email address, telephone number, and fax number, if applicable,
- The subject matter of your request.
Any information and documents relating to your request, if available, should also be attached to your application.
NANODENT reserves the right to verify your identity.
